I received a generous helping of grits, eggs, sausage and a fluffy biscuit! & Yes, I ordered sweet tea at 6 a.m., and honestly, I have no regrets. This is my new breakfast favorite. They open bright and early at 5:30 a.m. for all my plant workers and early risers in the area. If you are craving something more than sausage several other meats are available including catfish! I’ve worked night shift before, and I know how tiring breakfast can get, especially when you sleep well past noon and find yourself right back at work. So whether you’re heading to work, getting off a long shift, or just starting your day somewhere around Birmingham, save yourself the dishes, relax, and let Ken’s handle breakfast.
